Enough!
Choosing Self Over Should
This isn’t a story about what broke her.
It’s a story about breaking free.
For everyone who’s ever become what the world expected and forgotten who they are—
Enough is your reminder that freedom begins when you stop performing and start living.
You were never meant to disappear inside your own life.

About The Book
Raised between Liberian roots and American soil, Catherine Lombel-Morlu grew up surrounded by legacy, faith, and expectation. She was the dependable daughter—the one who made every sacrifice worthwhile. Success became her language of love; achievement, her way of belonging.
But beneath the excellence was exhaustion. Behind the smile was silence. Enough traces the story of a woman who did everything right and still lost herself along the way. Through vivid storytelling and the insight of a therapist, Catherine explores what happens when women—especially those raised to be strong—finally stop performing and start listening to their own truth.
Raw, reflective, and deeply human, Enough invites readers to release the versions of themselves built for approval and return to the woman they were always meant to be.
For anyone who’s ever whispered “I can’t keep doing this like this,”
This is your reminder that choosing yourself is not betrayal—it’s sacred.
About The Author
Catherine Lombel-Morlu is a licensed therapist, empowerment coach, and speaker who helps women reconnect with themselves after years of living for expectation. Shaped by her Liberian upbringing and her experience as a first-generation woman, she explores how culture, identity, and conditioning influence the ways women love, lead, and define their worth.
She is the founder and CEO of FullScope Counseling Services, a multi-state mental-health practice dedicated to helping individuals and families find clarity, peace, and renewed confidence in who they are. Known for her depth, empathy, and practical wisdom, Catherine supports women in moving beyond survival and creating lives that feel like their own.
When she’s not writing or working with clients, Catherine is rediscovering the beauty of slowing down—nurturing her faith, traveling, listening to music, and creating memories with her daughters, the heartbeats who remind her that joy, softness, and self-trust are sacred forms of strength.
Enough is her debut book—a powerful exploration of identity, belonging, and the courage to come home to yourself.
